Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth has recently wrapped up the shoot of Darbar to be directed by AR Murugadoss. Produced by Lyca Productions, the action-drama is scheduled to hit the screens in January 2020.
Before prepping for his role in Thalaivar 168 directed by Siva, the 68-year-old actor took off and flown down to the Himalayas in search of peace and tranquillity. This is not the first time the star jetted off to the Himalayas for spiritual vacation. Every time he wraps up a film, and before commencing his next movie, he visits the place to create inner peace in ashrams there. He was accompanied by his daughter Aishwarya Dhanush during his visit. Rajini paid a visit to Dayananda Saraswathi Ashram in Rishikesh, where he met the spiritual guru to seek blessings.
Fans were able to click pictures with Rajini. More fans got a chance to interact with the Petta star, later on, in the ashram, where he was staying. The actor kept it casual cool in a black shirt, a white track and black sandals. It seems that they had a good time in the ashram.
After coming back to Chennai, he will start shooting for his upcoming flick with director Siva. Thalaivar 168 has set the bar high for the actor, as his previous outing Petta was a blockbuster hit. It will be produced by Sun Pictures. Apparently, D Imman is composing the music. The movie is expected to go on floors on December 12, on the occasion of Rajinikanth’s birthday, and is scheduled to hit the theatres at the end of next year.
