Rana Daggubati starrer The Ghazi Attack which did exceptionally well at the box office has completed three years of its making. Rana took to his social media account to describe his feelings about the 2017 super hit film, which was directed by debutant Sankalp Reddy and starred Atul Kulkarni, Kay Kay Menon, Taapsee Pannu, Rahul Singh and Satyadev Kancharana in pivotal roles.
“A full experiment when we started….a genre when we were done….. wouldn’t have been possible without you guys!! Thank you,” Rana wrote on his Twitter page.
The Ghazi Attack was bankrolled by PVP Cinema in association with Matinee Entertainment. Dharma Productions and AA Films had distributed the film. When The Ghazi Attack released in 2017, the film opened to extremely high expectations. Directed by Sankalp Reddy, the film tells the story of an Indian naval submarine, S21 which intercepts a Pakistani submarine, PNS Ghazi, in its water during routine surveillance and thwarts its mission of abolishing INS Vikrant.Rana Daggubati has four films in his kitty, Aranya, 1945, Hiranya Kashyapa and Virata Parvam. Directed by Prabu Solomon, the film is slated to hit the screens on April 2, 2020.
