Rashmika’s first film in a theatre was Vijay’s ‘Ghilli’

Actress Rashmika Mandanna, made her onscreen debut in Kannada with ‘Kirik Party’ in 2016, became one of the highest grossing Kannada film all time. The pretty actress, who was later was part of superhit Telugu films like Geetha Govinam & Sarileru Neekevvaru is awaiting the release of Tamil debut opposite Karthi in ‘Sultan’ directed by Bakkiyaraj Kannan.

The young and talendted Rashmika who has become a popular actress in South now, has revealed that the first ever film she watched in theatres was none than Thalapathy Vijay starrer superhit film ‘Ghilli’ directed by Dharani. The young actress who was last seen in Telugu film ‘Bheeshma’ would have been only about eight years old when Vijay and Trisha starrer ‘Ghilli’ released. It is interesting that she still remember the first movie she watched in theatres at that young age.

In a recent interaction with her fans on social media, Rashmika revealed the same and also that she had no idea why her father took her that film. She went on to say that her father was a huge movie buff back in the day, but is not now when she became an actress herself.
