Istanbul, May 9:

Fourteen Indian wrestlers, spearheaded by Aman Sehrawat and Deepak Punia, are set to vie for coveted spots at the Paris Olympics 2024 as they enter the arena at the World Wrestling Olympic Qualifiers commencing here from Thursday.

The stakes are high as this tournament marks the final opportunity for wrestlers worldwide to secure a berth for the upcoming Summer Games. With their eyes set on Olympic glory, the Indian contingent is prepared to give it their all in different weight categories.

In this crucial qualifier, the top two contenders in each division will clinch quotas for the Paris 2024 Olympics, ensuring representation for their respective nations on the grand stage of international wrestling.
