All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) Chief Asaduddin Owaisi has said that 55 percent of electoral bond money went to the BJP.
We must reflect on who has economic, social and political power and who is powerless, Owaisi said on ‘X’ social platform while extending his best wishes to all on the occasion of #AmbedkarJayanti.
Babasaheb’s greatest gift was not only the Constitution. It was his message that oppression and discrimination will not magically end, it has to be defeated through democratic struggle & participating in parliamentary democracy, Owaisi , the sitting Hyderabad MP, said.
Today, 22.3 percent of the India’s higher castes own 41 percent of the total wealth and form the richest group, whereas 7.8 percent of Scheduled Tribes own only 3.7 percent, or the lowest wealth share of the country’s assets, he added.
